Ways to Register

This tournament sells out each year. Just give us $125 and we'll hold your team's place in the tournament.  Full payment is required by December 1, 2023

 

Full refunds are available until December 1, 2023. After December 1, 2023, no refunds are available unless event is cancelled.

Team Rosters:
After you register your team please submit your team roster by clicking the button below.

 

  • ALL Players MUST be 18 or older, NO EXCEPTIONS.
     

  • Teams who do not follow the roster requirements will be penalized with forfeiture or disqualification by the Tournament Director.
     

  • Prior to Event Roster Changes/Additions: You may make changes to your roster until the Thursday prior to the event by emailing office@evergreenregion.org .
     

  • Onsite Roster Additions/Changes: You MAY NOT make changes to your roster UNLESS formally changed at the tournament desk between Friday and Saturday by 12pm.

    After Saturday at 12pm ALL ROSTER CHANGES OR ADDITIONS regardless of reason MUST be approved by the Tournament Director. PLEASE BE COOL WITH INJURY RELATED SUBSTITUTIONS AS THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR MAY GRANT LEEWAY IN SUCH CASES.
     

  • Multi-Rostered Players: 

  • Teams adding players from a HIGHER division to a LOWER division are limited to ONLY 1 player from the higher division.

    • Violations of this policy will result in forfeiture as deemed appropriate by the Tournament Director

  • .Players are allowed to play in two different divisions i.e. open to competitive or competitive to recreational. NOT OPEN TO REC.

  • You MAY NOT pick up players from other teams in your division.
