Roster Information

Team registration includes up to 7 rostered players
Each registered player will receive a playershirt as part of their entry.
Additional players may be added for $60.00 using the link below
Before adding players, please review the Roster Rules & Eligibility Requirements on our Rules Page to ensure your team remains compliant with event regulations.

Player Eligibility

You may not pick up players from teams who have already competed in your division
Players are permitted to compete in two different divisions but may only play a higher division than they are rostered.
- Playing down into a lower division is not allowed under any circumstances.
Allowed
- Recreation>Competitive/Open
- Competitive Upper or Lower > Open
Not allowed:
- Open > Competitive/Recreation,
- Competitive > Recreation

Division Descriptions

Open Division

Designed for elite and advanced players seeking the highest level of competition and play.

Competitive Division (Upper & Lower)

Upper: Upper-Intermediate
- Experience Level: Multiple years of organized league, tournament, or high school play. Teams actively run structured 5-1 or 6-2 offenses and

understand coed positional strategy.

Lower: Lower Intermediate/Advanced Beginner
- Experience Level: Experience in leagues or open gyms. Players know the fundamental rules but are still learning advanced court positioning, rotations, and transition defense.

Recreational Division

Perfect for players focused on fun and social competition. Minimal volleyball experience is required.

Full payment is now required to secure your team’s entry into the tournament. Team spots will not be guaranteed until payment has been received in full.

Refund Policy

Full refunds available until: December 7, 2026
No refunds will be issued after December 7, unless the event is canceled

ALL Participants MUST be a CURRENT Member of USA Volleyball. If you are NOT a current member you MUST fill out a form before you are eligible to participate.

There is NO ADDITIONAL COST to you, it is covered in your entry fee. A staff member will reach out to you prior to the event if we need you to submit this form.
